Please name some exercises( including reps and sets) to tone muscle. I've been using 45lbs thumb bells for 3 weeks, 180 tricep press , but i don't see the tone. I still see flab. Do i need a certain type of diet to enhance the toning effect/ muscle gain

and yes you need to eat healthy also.. diet and exercise go hand in hand...

You can build as much muscle as you like but if you don't lose the fat on top you won't see the results you want. Add a cardio regimen in to get the "cut" look

eating right foods high is protien and exercise right . with weights . 3. times a week . my opion?

try going veggie and eat lots of protein which help muscle. And if all fails there are sterions which i don't recomend
