Assuming you mean aplastic a.nemia. Do you mean alopecia? If so that is hair loss. If not you had better repost with more accurate information.

They are petechiae. As the above person stated, they are little red spots under the skin. There can be several looking like a rash or just a couple. They are caused by bleeding under the skin generally caused by low platelets (the type of blood cell that stops bleeding).

i'm assuming you mean petechiae. they are small pinpoint red spots that appear right underneath your skin. if you press on it won't go away. causes and minor to major.
