Well to answer the question to everyone, yes Adam had three wives, the first was Liliath (Lilith), the second was Naamah (Na-ah-mah) and the third was Eve (E-ve). We get so backward and caught up in what we know- we forget we was taught this religion(Christianity, Catholic, Baptist, etc) which is an off-shoot of the real belief in what we want to believe in. The pastors, bishops, cardinals, deacons whoever have you to bring to this conversation if they're educated on the subject won't speak of it and try to defer away from the subject matter dealing with the Nephalim, because it leads to other questions they do not want to answer. Remember people the bible that we read today is a compilation of men writing what they felt was real and to the best of their knowledge. Thus 4 books of the bible about Jesus and he is each author best friend in the world and plus all of the new testament written after the son of God's apparent death. And yes there where other humans that he made before Adam and Eve- God created man on the Sixth day and then rested on the Sabbath day. After he rested, he saw there was no man to till his garden (we were the first labor force) so he then created Adam- then liliath for companionship, then Naamah (God showed Adam how he made the human while he created her, and Adam became sick and disgusted and refused her- so now the part that God put Adam to sleep to create Eve seems viable.) See people there are a lot of "Omissions" in the bible which make the scriptures not make sense until you ask a question. The Bible is not a book to live by, it is a book of "accurately"historic recorded events to the best of the author knowledge. Thus almost all the books of the bible that you have in the King James are Roman names for the sake of controlling the populace.

As far as I know there is no biblical records of another wife other than Eve, but I have heard legends of Lilith, who was supposedly the first vampire, the first demon, or many other bad things. She was supposedly disobedient and did not obey Adam (sounds like a man wrote that one) and she was cast out of Eden, she became jealous of Eve and when Eve bore children, Lilith consumed (ate) them and their offspring. She was supposedly the mother of darkness and vampire fables.
There is a passage in the Bible that deals with vampires, though.Proverbs 30:14
You just have to read it.
I think she was supposed to be barren and never bore Adam any children (another reason for her dismissal)
On another note, Adam and Eve had many children, Not just Cain and Abel. There was also Seth, born after Cain killed Abel and there were "sons and daughters" born after that.

I know about Lilith but who's the third? There are two stories of the creation of women in the bible. First God created Man and Women at the same time. That was Lilith. Being created equal Lilith wanted to remain equal and would not submit to Adam as being above her. They did have kids but argued about exactly how to raise them. Just to rebel against Adam she ate from both the tree of knowledge and eternal life but of course didn't offer Adam any! God kicked her and her kids out of Eden (maybe she gave them slices) GOD decided to start over with human sexuality, anesthetized Adam and removed a rib to make Eve a more submissive female for Adam. They had many children and their children probably married Lilith's kids and after many generations diluted the immortality. That's why people in those times lived 900+ years. A Third wife? I'm just guessing here but maybe Adam had a mid life crisis and took up with a flashy blond half his age?

I never heard anything about Adam having three wives. Source please!
Contray to what Lady Morgana assumes, the Bible never says that only four people existed. It does not suggest either that Adam and Eve only ever had two sons. And, perhaps Cain married a sister, because with perfect genetic material inbreeding wouldn't create the same problems it would today.

The Bible records only Eve as a wife for Adam.
Other sources, like the Jewish Mishna, record others such as Lilith. But the Mishna is ancient oral tradition, now recorded for posterity's sake, and there is no way to authenticate it or test for accuracy.
The Bible records only Eve as Adam's wife, and Cain, Able, Seth, and other unnamed daughters and sons that Adam had.

Eve was his only wife. They were the first people on the earth. She was not married to Cain, Cain was her son and was sent to wander in the earth after he murdered his brother Abel. You really should read the bible. It has very interesting stories, and you will eventually discover that it is all true. I hope you are able to find faith. I will pray for you

I don't believe that Adam has three wives based on the Holy Scriptures/ Other people whose fertile imaginations would say so. They are entitled to their interpretations of their findings and analysis.
