Sense I was a kid, I would question God. I never really believe stories at Sunday school and in Church. I even was afraid to take the Lord's name in vain. Then one day I got mad and said," F$#k God." I cried because I thought I was going to die. Nothing happenend. From that day on, I took his name in vain all the time. I questioned him more and more as the years have gone by. I even find myself defending people that don't believe in God. Its not like I believe in evolution because that can't really be proved either but there is more proof than what Christianity has. (all it has is mass delusion) But, I still kind of do believe in him. Out of fear. Im afraid to deny him even though at this point, with all the questioning, Im going to hell. I think the bible is total B.S.on one of its highest degrees. But I still follow it lessons. I dont really care if is a God or not but if there is want to believe in him but I cant bring myself believe in to what I think is a lie.

You are a normal person, with doubts. No, you will not go to hell. Also , if you do not believe in god, the devil and hell are pretty far out there too. You can still live a decent life while not being a bible thumper. Be honest, treat people the way you would want to be treated, respect your elders, all the basic stuff I know, you know already, are good to live by. JC in the sky will not cast a lightening bolt and get you cause you don't believe. I think a lot of religious people have some real issues, and feel the need to have to believe in something. I do not. If I die tomorrow, it's not because I wrote this. You will make the decision on this matter, and nobody else.
You are very smart, good luck.

You can't ask Christians what they think, because they'll say that you are. You can't ask Atheists because they'll say there is no such thing. So I guess I'll have to pretend being dead-center. Following the morality lessons(albeit not all of them, only a few) of the Bible is completely fine. If you don't think you believe in God, then you probably don't. For example, I'm going to write two sentences. Whichever makes more sense to someone is what they think is true;
I believe in God, because the Bible says so, and the Bible is true because it was God-inspired.(Circular logic..?)
I disbelieve in any actualization of a divine being, simply for the fact that there is no proof what-so-ever that I have found indicating a creator.
Whichever one makes more sense; your pick.
Edit: Woops, what I said at the beginning was a bad assumption. Not all Christians would say that, and not all Atheists would say that. "Most" would be a keyword..

So your belief is atheist and you follow Christianity due to fear.
Congrats I would put you in the ranks of millions of other people.
Thing is you need to let go of the religious dogma long enough to look at everything with a clear head.
Who knows you may even come back to Christianity but by denying yourself a quest for knowledge and knowledge you perceive to be true you are ripping yourself off from what could be a wonderful journey and self discovery.

I won't tell you to pray, ok?
But look out at the empty sky... and ask God if He is there... And ask that, if He is there, would He please prove it to you... make HImself real to you, so that you know beyond the shadow of all doubt.
I mean, if you kind of believe... even out of fear... even just a little.. that's like a mustard seed sized faith...
If God does not answer, you've lost nothing but a few minutes of your time...
But if He does, then you will gain a great and life-changing relationship.
I, too, was as skeptical as you... cursing God and everyone and everything else... but one day, alone, I asked God those similar questions.. I mean, I was assuming for those few minutes that there really was a God who would answer me... and if He didn't, I planned to just go my own way, forsaking my agnosticism for atheism.
God proved Himsels real to me... that was 28 years ago... and He proves Himself faithful to me over and over again.

You have a right to think what you will. That is your choice. It doesn't mean you are going to hell, or not going to hell. That isn't for anyone but God to decide. I think you have to figure that out for yourself. That is the only way you are going to know. If you believe, if you don't believe, that is what you have to live with. It has no bearing on what others think. You just have to be content with your own decisions.

You do believe in God but without any religious doctrine which you can do (you dont have to be religious to believe in God).
The thing with life being because of chance is less likely than creation. I mean, look at the variety of life and then say we evolved. I know you dont follow evolution but to evolutionists you can say "dont eat meat". See my point.

Pray. I think God is in your heart or else you wouldn't think about Him. God loves you by the way. I think you are just majorly confused and you need someone to help you sort it out. Peace to you and God bless

I think you are... agnostic. On the fence about it, but if one side offers strong evidence, you'd be willing to side with them more.
