If not, which commercial diets would you reccomend? Weight watchers? Jenny Craig?
I'm 190lbs, and I want to lose 60lbs. I'm in no extreme hurry, but I want to be in BIKINIS for next summer. Just the thought is exciting. In order to do this though, I need to diet I can stick to, with an exercise program that I can fit into my schedule of school and after school activities.

I have tired every diet pill, diet plans out there, I suggest Weight Watchers-it's the best around. Plus you can eat regular food, you count points(they sell this really neat calculator) don't do it on line. Best if you go to the meetings, you will meet people with the same problems you have, great support groups and best of all they give out recipes to make, if your not a great cook like me. It takes a while, but we didn't put this weight on overnight, and it;s not going to come off over night. Be patient, it works and your eating healthy. Jenny Craig is very expensive and they push there food.
Nutria-system, to expensive. Forget the tv stuff, you can go for a free meeting with W.W. and talk to other people that are on it. Keep an Open Mind and Be Positive. If I can do it, so can you! God Bless and Good Luck! Remember one day at a time, it might take a few months-but you will be healtier, good spirits and feel and look great.

It's convenient. Even still they do not include the produce and meats and dairy products you need so it's a bit of cash. The weight watchers diet is really easy to follow and alot of people have success from that. It's much more convenient. Here is the point system that explains based on weight goal how many points you should be taking in a day.

I started the absdietonline recently and am loving it. I lost 10 pounds in 1 week. They literally break everything down from workouts with weights, cardio and diet. They have recipes for everything and it all is based upon a good amount of information that you imput in the very beginning. Give it a shot. They have a 10 day free trial.

Nutrisystem is a huge waste of money. Just pay attention to nutrition labels at the grocery store, Weight Watchers and Lean Cuisine have great frozen meals for some lunch and dinner options.
Best of luck!

I do weight watchers, and I have a friend who swears by nutrisystems. Truthfully, they are all good plans.
Weight watchers has weekly meetings, good for motivation and help. You have a wider food choices.
Nutrisystems is delivered to your door, you have to eat their food, and meat is not included.
Jenny Craig is a balanced diet too, you also have to order their food.
Bottom line, they all work. WW is more flexible, as the other two you have to buy and eat their food.

Hi,
I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.ezunderstand.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

I think it can be used effectively if the program is followed to the t. good for those with limited time as preparing healthy meals in advance is not always easy. the only thing that I really don't like about it is that eventually if the person is serious about health and fitness eventually they will have to learn how to prepare healthy balanced meals. as a lifetime of processed meals from Nutrisystem is surely not optimum for health.

In my opinion, I suggest taking exercise anytime and anywhere.
For example, go to school on foot instead of by bus.
