17 or younger, it is not too young to start eating healthily.

I only wished I could find a way when I was young like you.
But I could find the right diet only now.

I weigh 49kg and I am 1.55m tall. I lost a total of 14 kg, without any diet pills or slimming treatments. Look at my recipes and see how to make these into delicious foods.

My boys are only 10 and 12 and already they are eating the right type of food and do not have weight or health problems.

Add some weight training to your routine too. That would get you to a lighter weight and flat abs

OK,
I think thats about 11kg. So, what i would do if i where you is track what your eating for 7 days. In a diary write out what your eating...document everything. Drinks, food, snacks everything.

Then asses this with a dietitian after the week is finished, i would suggest you cut out take away food to only once a week and cut out ALL SODA!!!! No good, you will need to drop food and drink that high in calories and sugar.

Once you have done this, then you will need to excerise, start off with twice a week and build up to 3 sessions (1 hr session).

In your workout you should do some cardio, run, walk, bike swim, whatever you like. The diet is most important, dont cut everything out just eat in moderation.

You're already hot enough, dont worry about it.

The only reason people want to be in shape is to get sex. Getting sexual favours won't be a problem for you because you are a girl. You are guaranteed sex by virtue of what you are, a woman. So, unless those twenty pounds are dragging on your health noticeably, don't worry about it. Men will still come a tumbling your way.

Not so simple.
To lose two pounds a week, you'd have to decrease your daily calories by 500 a day, AND exercise off 500 calories a day.

Do 3 sets each of 10 reps of pushups, situps, obliques, and crunches daily.
Avoid fried, fast, and junk food - even diet junk food.
Drink 1/2 gallon of water a day.
Take a multivitamin with minerals every day.

Hi! Maybe you could try the lemonade diet. You can lose weight very fast but must stick to it. Look for the recipe on yahoo recipes under lemon aid diet. First ask your Dr. if it's ok.

i used to do 1000 things to get a flat stomachn and nothing worked for me before
what ir really worked for me is to get herbalife nutrition,
i loose all the fat in my body and stomach, i really dont do many exercise because of the time but now i have a nice shape, and a really flat stomach, i do exercise just one hour 3 times a week and my abbs muscules strat to get hard and really nice

Do a lot of cardio to get your body in "Work-out Mode" Then start doing Abdominal exercises, otherwise, you will gain muscle over your fat, and you will still appear to be "Fat"
