Yes, your kitten is sick and needs antibiotics. If you can't afford to go to the vet, you can go to the feed store and ask them for Terramycin. It comes in a powder form and is a broad spectrum antibiotic for swine and poultry. You need to buy a little nursing bottle and some kitten formula. Every time you feed the kitten, mix one tiny little pinch in with the formula........ and I mean tiny. The kitty will get better. My little weenie dog Too Too ran out under my car when I was backing it up and she had two gaping wounds which were about 1 1/2 inches long. You could see the cartilage and stuff. A friend who grew up on a game farm in South Africa looked at her and told me she was going to get gangrene and die if I didn't take her to the vet. It was horrible. I couldn't afford to take her to the vet. So, I bought the antibiotic and kept her in the bathtub on a pillow. Every 1/2 hour I put a spoon full of wet dog food into a dish and a pinch of the antibiotic on top then rolled it around to mix it up. I am pleased to say that after doing this for about three weeks, she was able to get out of the tub and I still have her today! Good luck with your little kitty! *********** Readers should note that this antibiotic has been used by friends of mine for themselves when they couldn't afford to go to the doctor and it works! Lol!

The kitten is very sick - most probably flu.
If it is that little the chances of it getting well and living - specially after wasting so much time asking questions here rather than go to vet - are minimal.
Just get the poor little mite to the vet and listen to what they say - ie is if they suggest euthanise then do it

Yes, please take him to a vet, don't let the poor little guy suffer any longer. A vet can check him over and give him antibiotics and advice on how to take good care of him.

He probably has a cold. Take him to the vet to get treated. You will need to be going there soon anyway to get his shots, but he is way too young to get them now.
