Here is the question
What are your top 2 strengths?
If someone had a resume identical to yours, how would you describe what makes you unique? What’s not on paper?
If you can, please explain significance testing in your own words?

Always consider that no 2 persons are alike, no matter how identical the resumes could be. And you should expound on that significant difference that will set you apart from the other candidates.

When I interview applicants for a job, I always want to measure the candidate's real level of interest, and probe for qualities that will tell me how this person will grow within our organization in the medium to long term. Thus, your significant difference should dwell on how you could sell yourself as a hot prospect and a major asset in the future. Identical resumes talk of the now. The differentiation will only be on how well you could be in the future.

The interviewer is hoping to hear that your strengths match the needs of the job. He also wants to know how you present yourself and will watch warily for overconfidence, boastfulness, dishonesty, and lack of assertiveness.

This is an opportunity to highlight your strong points, so make the most of it. Speak of one or two strengths and then offer examples of how you have used these strengths.

Tread carefully on that thin line between conceit and modesty. If you can use examples to illustrate why you feel you have certain strengths (or how you have learned from them) then you are more likely to impress.

This is the first time I have heard of significance testing. What it probably means is the interviewers way of finding out what is important to you.

You have to answer after knowing in which context the question has been asked. If it is in an interview you have to mention the strengths related to the job you have applied for. For ex if you are attending interview for a software programmer then you may say that you are strong in C++ or JAVA like that. When generally asked you may say that your strenghths are perseverence, perfection etc.,

So you have to first understand the context then find the real answer.

I suppose in a case like that, you would have to sell yourself better in the interview to get the job. I've never heard of significance testing though so I can't answer that part of it for you.
