Nope. Truth is good. Knowledge is Freedom. Atheism is Peace.
No matter how you sugar-coat the sadistic killer God of the Bible, he's still evil and fictional, and wouldn't be worthy of praise or admiration, even if he did exist.

Many atheists pastime my memory of the southern bigots I worked with. They gas their hatred and disdain and in basic terms affiliate with people who're think of precisely like them. I had artsy friends. We have been respectful of each others strange evaluations. that's off putting to ask a query that's slanted in the direction of suggesting faith in God is residing in fairy tale land. It disrespects human beings sufficient that they does not willingly have interaction in a communication with you. you're able to ask your self what the logic is at the back of transforming into divisions between human beings in reaction to what they believe. I settle for human beings of different faiths and creeds. I settle for atheists yet no longer rude ones. If their international is certainty, i do no longer want to stay there.

As opposed to fairy tales and sugar coating? Is that what you're saying? I guess you run from reality.
Or is your life a fairy tale? Mine is not. I am not an atheist and God has not made my life Christmas everyday believe me.

Fairy tales and sugar coating is not in the Bible.
You may be confusing the Brothers Grimm and Dunkin donuts with what is in there.

I am happy living without the sugar coating. For the umpteen millionth time (I've had to explain this a lot before, sorry) you can live happily without belief in God.

hell no, i love life. i'm happy enough knowing that i'm not some stupid catholic zombie who takes the bible literally. your beliefs don't always affect how happy you are. i was born and raised catholic, and i still am dragged to church every sunday by my parents.. thats probably the only depressing thing in my life cus i have to listen to BS for an hour.

Perceiving the world as making sense as a natural place without interference from some supernatural being makes life more peaceful and less depressing.
