A theory: Frosting / tipping/ highlighting dark hair blond while leaving most of it natural says to the world,

Question

"I won't lie to you; I'm not really blond. But hey, I'm sexy enough to be!"

Any support for my theory? Contradictions? Alternate explanations?

Note: Explanations amounting to "it's just style," "it annoys the [pa]rentz," "people like to change their hair," etc., will doubtless get 2 points, but not honestly. Those apply to fashion in general and do not explain this specific behavior.

I am a brunettee and frosting is fun do it mild so it is not drastic. Your man will find it fun and make sure a a good pro keeps up the good affect/ trust me me it helps tp keep a good hair person because you will look beautiful, and any pro pays a good pro too
