I am looking for a well rounded culinary school. I would prefer something in the southwest, but... Any first hand school experience would be prefered. Please no dolts just answering for "idiot points."

I just heard on a newscast that there are way more people enrolled/graduating from culinary school than there are jobs in that field...just an FYI.

Try Le Cordon Bleu (I think the spelling is correct). I think they have a few different campuses, one being in the southwest.

There are two famous culinary schools in the USA: The CIA mentioned in the other answer, and Johnson & Wales University, which has several campuses around the country including one in Denver.

You can get lots more info by checking their websites., You will be able to sign up and they will send you all the pamplets and brochures, etc....
