It is the removal of the uterus,fallopian tubes and ovaries, so have a picture of the reproductive system, name the parts and mark (shading for example) the labelled parts which have to be removed.

What do you mean diagram and label? If you are stuck, it refers to the removal of the uterous, fallopian tubes, and ovaries. Are you making a diagram? Lable the blood supply...you have to tie before you can cut. I'm not really sure what you are asking.

on a piece of poster board draw a woman's reproductive system, to the best of your drawing capabilities, color it different colors so you know which part is which (at this point I would hope you do) with the medical term and laymen's term.
That way if someone came into the classroom when you were giving your orentation they would know the words.
