Someone told me that if I did them on the wall, but how do I do that?? Please help, also, do you know any other exercises that I could do??

Of course you should get at least 30 minutes of cardio every day, but it's a good idea to add strength training , even when trying to lose weight. Push ups won't bulk you up, and are a good, simple way to build yourself up. The suggestion for push ups with your knees on the ground was good. Start off on all fours, arms straight under your shouldes and lower your chin towards the ground, bending at the waist and elbows. Go as low as you can without collapsing, then push back up. These should be pretty easy. If you can do 20 of these comfortably, change your position so that you no longer bend at the waist, but are still lowering yourself, now at an angle. Try it with your elbows pointed out and with them pointed in, against your sides. When these get easy, change to the the standard with your knees off the ground.

Wall push-ups are another variation to start you off. Stand facing a wall with your palms against it and far enough away so that your arms are straight. Bend your elbows and bring your nose in so that your upper arms become parallel to the wall while your back is straight. You can change this up so that your elbows bend and bring your fore arms against the wall, rather than out to the side.

To do pushups against a wall, lean against the wall face-first. Push against it with your arms as if it were the floor. The bigger slope you make with your body, the harder it is.

Cardio is the only thing that takes away fat. While its true that the more muscle you have the more calories you'll burn, relying on that alone isn't good enough. Try running, jumping jacks, etc. Get a 24 hour rest between periods of cardio.

For strength you wanna do pushups, chinups, crunches, squats, etc. Make sure you get 48 hours of rest between strength training days.

In general, its kinda like the more you move during the exercise, the more its cardio, and the harder it is to move, the more its strength training.

Easiest way to lose weight is walking, push ups will build musscle mass, which will acctually add weight.

To start doing them against a wall stand about 2 feet away from the wall with your hands on it, bend elbows until your nose touches the wall. Repeate many times.

Activity is what you need to be concerned with increasing. Calories in need to be less than calories used each day to loose weight. Push ups, walking, jogging, sit ups, .... Keep moving. Take the stairs instead of the elevator, park in a spot away from the store you are going, walk during lunch, just keep moving.

Try girl push ups with your knees on the ground, and if that is still to hard just push up your upper body and not your whole torso. Also jumping jacks are good.

the number one way to lose weight thru excercise is walking. You can walk a short distance each evening, adding distance as your stamina grows. You will lose weight, tone down ( and sleep better too).

Here is a tip, start with pushups on your knees - regular pushups. Then, work your way up to normal pushups.

The fact is - if you are going to lose weight, you need to expend more calories than you consume. Pushups will increase muscle mass, which will increase your body's metabolism --> and that will decrease your weight.

Never heard of pushups on a wall...

Try to do some other option like jogging or do some walking exercises everyday. Or you may use the modern way using threadmill. For as long as you do it in natural way. Don't let yourself to do that is really hard to do. Always try other options!
