Please tell me i've been runnin 4.2 miles a day now(monday-friday)which is 21 miles a week 4 about 3 days now if i continue to do that crunches,pushups, & weight training till the end of august do u think i could have a six pack or lose 20-40 lbs i'm bout 5'5 or 5'6 & 160-170 lbs & could u give me tips & what i should eat without me bein hungry every hour,gainin a lot of fat or calories, & still bein cheap food that u usually keep around the house
