Please tell me i've been runnin 4.2 miles a day now(monday-friday)which is 21 miles a week 4 about 3 days now if i continue to do that crunches,pushups, & weight training till the end of august do u think i could have a six pack or lose 20-40 lbs i'm bout 5'5 or 5'6 & 160-170 lbs & could u give me tips & what i should eat without me bein hungry every hour,gainin a lot of fat or calories, & still bein cheap food that u usually keep around the house

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise (dont count miles -you have to count time doing it) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
and take a multivitamin with breakfast and omega or flax oil capsules.

Whole wheat bread and bagels (whole wheat) in the morning no cream cheese or butter, egg whites . that will help you get good carbs. at night you can eat salad with chicken breast grill, stay away fron carbs at night. drink water or Cristal light.
and put whatever you want on that salad as longest is salad and veggies......
