I'm looking for a good eye product. I'm 24, I don't have a lot of wrinkles yet, but I do have dark bags under my eyes. I looking for a product to get rid of the bags, and something to prevent wrinkles. Not to expensive. Also I have very fair skin that won't tan (that's why my dark circles show so well).

Avon has a great eye product. It is actually 2 different products in one pot. I forget what it's called but I think it's around $28. It lasts forever, and works great. Also they have a great new tanning line, of creams & airbrush sprays that work great. I'm very fair, and they gave me a nice tan. It's called Skin So Satin Glow. I'm not an Avon rep or anything, but these products are really great.

Timewise from Mary Kay. They are amazing. I'm a mary kay beauty consultant, but I'm not saying that Timewise from Mary kay is great just because I sell them. I started using mary kay years before I even thought about becoming a consultant. You can find a consultant in your area by going to the marykay website (www.marykay.com). And if you're in massachusetts you can go to my website www.marykay.com/ppimentel Good Luck finding a great consultant and I hope you can find the products that fit you best.

One of the best beauty products is sunscreen, for your skin type.[ sun exposure worsens dark circles ].
Another is a good pair of sunglasses - prevents squint lines, and protects from developing cataracts.
I've had dark circles as long as I can remember - I think they are hereditary. Let me know if you find out what cures them.

I've been using NuSkin an expensive skin care product which is very effective on me, which I can not recommend on you, since you're looking for less value.., I've read (but not tried it yet) about Pond's beauty products particularly eye concealers-you may try it.., if you're looking for cheaper value.
