God definitely will place certain people in your life. I think in your case, these people were meant to encourage you in your own individual faith and the comfort and respect you felt with them should be a sign that God is pushing you in the right direction.

You should see if there are any church meetings on Wednesday evenings...that's typical with most churches. And people like that, who love God that much, are usually totally open to other people. So if you really like their influence, get yourself more involved with them.

:) God Bless

Yes, something good! When you come in contact with God's people, and they give you the truth, it is God's will. When you receive what they say as you apparently have this is also God's will. God is not willing that any person should perish, but that all should come to repentance so he sends forth his servants to plant seeds. In other words , God loves you and wants you to be saved. You have made the first positive step towards vital reality and everlasting life with the one and only God of the Uuniverse. Read the parable of the soils in either Matthew 13, Mark 4, or Luke 8. The seed has been planted in your heart, now let your heart be fertile ground and let it bring forth fruit 100 fold. God bless you as you come to Christ. Don't turn to the right hand or the left, but go straight in to the loving arms of Jesus. Cap'n Arlo

Consider these people in your life as a gift from God. You will shortly develop friendships and will not only see them on Sundays. Do you have a bible study or some activity during the week where you can meet this people?

I am happy for you that you met these people.

Absolutely! God loves us and sometimes he does put people in our lives at just the right time - just when we need a friend or advice, or help.

Just be sure that you don't put these people above God in your life - these people may be wonderful people, but God is ultimately the source of all good things and the source of all truth.

ABSOLUTELY! Although He doesn't put bad people in our life knowing there's a bad outcome. That is because of our sinful nature that bad things happen. Keep this group close to you.
Get phone #s, emails, addresses and keep in touch CONSTANTLY! These are the right kind of people to be around! God Bless and keep the HARDCORE FAITH!!!!

I believe that God has a plan for all our lives, God puts us in certain situations and with certain people, in order to help us grow, spiritually, emotionally, etc. Sometimes, we are faced with tuff times, but in the end, God uses it all for the better good. God bless.

I don't know what your age difference is between yourself and the people, but couldn't you invite them over to dinner? Or if there's a church event coming up, ask them to attend? I think that it's nice that you have found respectable people and that you want to be around them. If you can, you could also inquire about any church activites or groups that you may be able to join to get to know them or people like them. Good luck!

You are with the ones God has ordained for you
you will become closer as time progresses
stay with them and let no one tell you different
this is a special time for you and God will work in mysterious ways his wonders to preform

I absolutely do believe that God does that.

Why do you only get to see these people on Sundays. If they have such a positive impact on you, I would suggest trying to see them more often than Sundays, even if it is just to get together periodically and talk or study the Bible together.

I do believe this is so. But remember, a lot of those people get their 'energy' from getting around in groups all the time- sticking with their own kind and pumping eachother up.
