yes i think we have all bought one at one time or another and discovered that it needed more repairs than it was worth, but you,ll be taking a chance just like on any other car,if it seems to be a good car,you may be getting a good deal,if i was you id have it checked out just to make sure its in good condition it would be a lot better than making a large mistake, these days certain problems can be spotted on most cars, and this might save you from spending a lot of money ,good luck hope this helps.

That's where I come in... Many popeople don't think it is worth 69 to 80 dollars to get the 1994 Altima checked over. ANd current condition is no guarantee the car will stay running trouble free. The grandmother car syndrome. Car is so carboned up and won't rev up above 3,000 rpms because she never drove it more than 40 miles an hour. You bought it and 17 year old is trying to figure out how to make more power. It pings and rattles carbon is glowing so he floors it soot chuncks of mufflers shoot out of the tail pipes and promptly burns a piston. Or that perfectly maintained car from your professional Dr. Lawyer, that is driven like it was stolen. could also lay down with a bad transmission.
