If I drink a cup of regular coffee, I get a little shaky from the caffeine. If I drink a cup of hot tea or iced tea, I feel fine. So I don't understand it when people say tea has more caffeine in it than coffee. It certainly doesn't feel that way.

Coffee is more caffeinated. But if you drink black tea (thats the most caffeinated tea) that has half the caffeine as coffee.
