i just lifted full body 2 1/2 2hours today am i gonna be sore as heck?

It depends on your body really! everybody is different! People used to say trainning more than an hour is overtrainning! But I dont see that in my case! as soon as I hit the Gym I run for 60 minutes then I go for weightlifting ( thats like another 60 mins )! Later at the evening I head for Jujitsu Class! it really improved me and made me burn fat and build muscles! this is my opnion of course! I see Fighters in Thailand Train from dusk till Dawn, havent seen them complain about anything lol!

~I guess you'll find out in the morning, or, more probably, the next morning. And no, I'm not impressed. I think you just wasted 2 1/2 hours. I prefer to exercise my mind. The results are so much more meaningful and long lasting.
