I would also do 50 turns on the jump rope, and pilates 2 or 3 times a week.

OK, walkking burns between 5.2 and 6.1 calories per minute, so the average is around 5.8, 5.8 times 20 is 116, 116 times 2 is 232. jumping rope you burn about 13.5 calories per minute...50 turns probably takes about 5 minutes, so that is 67.5 calories...ok so so far its about 300, pilates will burn about 250 per session (more, depending on the intensity) if you eat 3 meals with all the normal nutrients, your metabbolism will burn about 1200 calories on its own throuout the day... so 3 times a week you will burn 1750 calories and the other days you will burn 1500, if your calorie intake is at about 1500 you will burn 250 3 times a week and the rest you will lose weight but not a ton...if you didthis for 2 weeks you will burn off of your body 1500 calories in total, probably more. so in theory and this is all depending on your height, weight, and eating habits, you will probably lose about 3-4 pounds... thats the best estimate I can give you with the information at hand

good luckk!!!
xoxo

Well, I'm sorry but it is hard to tell you something like that. To get a maximum result, try just walking a little more than 20 minutes, more like 30 minutes at a time. That would give you better results. The pilates 2 or 3 times a week is great and for the jump rope, try doing a little more than that. If you want to do 50 turns, do something like 3 sets of it!
I hope this helps! It is kind of hard to tell you how much you will lose doing that because it depends on your body!

It all really depends on what you eat, how much you weigh to start with, and a bunch of other factors. For example, if you eat Big Mac's all day, you probably wouldn't lose much weight. If you eat healthy, that is, 6 times a day (breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack), you'll lose weight, as long as you exercise. Eating early kickstarts your metabolism, so you can burn calories faster. On one television program, a nutritionist mentioned a 20 minute walk burns 100 or so calories, so if you really want to lose weight, you'd want to bump it up a bit (ie, run/jog for 20 minutes, then walk walk 20 minutes, if you're going for twice a day). Just don't starve yourself everyday, because if you do, you'll actually gain weight rather than lose. At first you may lose a lot of weight, but its all water weight, so don't get discouraged if you lose 5lbs one week, and then 1-2lbs the next week. According to Weight Watchers, 1-2lbs of weight loss a week is the healthiest way to lose it.

Music forces you to eat more. According to a survey by the journal Psychology and Marketing, soft, classical tunes encourage someone to take time over your mealtime, so you consume more meal. So, switch off – silence can make you more aware of what you’re adding your mouth.

Invest in smaller plates. Little crockery means portion control is much easier – those diminutive amounts suddenly look huge and you’ll be happier to consume less.

uh you lose weight by burning more calories than you take in. so i would start by monitoring how many calories you take in from eating/drinking a day. get a pedometer that shows you what calories you burn by walking. if you burn more than you take in, you will lose weight.
