At this point belief in any god is faith based as there is no proof of its existence.

Disbelief in specific gods is usually a matter of common sense...you can weigh the attributes of said god and see that such a being is imposible or that it contradicts itself.

Disbelief in any possible creator or god is faith based...as saying that there couldnt possibly be any creator would be saying that we know everything there is to know.

"Is BELIEF in God evidence-based or faith-based?" In the Catholic faith it is evidence and faith based. I do not know others well enough to answer about them, (or the time as there are millions of other beliefs.

Disbelief is a human reaction to what has happened based on facts or faith to that human, or loved ones of that human.
We have a mind of our own, and some live by their own "system" and not following others.

believe in God is totally faith based. No matter what you believe no Christian, Muslim or Jew can produce any evidence there God exists. Not a shred of evidence. So it is on faith that they believe what they believe. Disbelief in God would therefore be based on a lack on evidence and not faith. faith does not require evidence.

People consider all four things true. Some think there is proof for God(but are obviously withholdding it from us), but most are following through faith. Disbelief in God is pretty much just lack of evidence if you ask me. Some say it's faith, but they give me silly metaphors.

belief in god is faith based. dis belief is a result of lack of evidence. no one has ever been able to show me something and say that this is a direct link to god, and prove it....so yeah......unless there is direct actuall proof for it, anything can be real. santa claus can be real because little kids believe in him, but im sure all of us have tried to sneak down to catch santa and seen our parents putting stuff under the tree. the easter bunny could be real, the tooth fairy could be real...it all could be real based on faith, but until anyone offers up any actual fact based proof.....not everyone is gonna believe it

Belief or dis-belief in God is purely choice. Most of us would rather not believe because the rules that apply seem vague. Almost impossible to live by. And some of us find excuses to not believe. Plus I'd rather do what I want now and pay the price later. Hey a lifetime of excuses is worth an eternity of hell...

I believe in many Gods and Goddesses and it is a feeling that comes from within me so i would say it is faith based.

To reword the fact "i do no longer belive in God because of the shortcoming of data" utilising a number of your words: i do no longer think in that attempt to describe the universe considering attempt relies upon faith. i do no longer in all probability know the way it fairly is redundant. The fact in simple terms explains what with regard to the assumption of God is displeasing to the speaker. that often is the reality that it demands an irrational bounce of religion resembling thought interior the Flying Spaghetti Monster.

I believe in God because one day, totally unexpectedly, He revealed Himself to me and completely changed the course of my life. (for the good)
Just because something is spiritual and cannot be seen doesn't mean that it is not real.

Jesus said:
" I assure you: We speak what We know and We testify to what We have seen, but you do not accept Our testimony. If I have told you about things that happen on earth and you don't believe, how will you believe if I tell you about things of heaven? "
John 3:11,12

I was born again when I didn't even know such a thing was possible. That is my testimony.
You can do what you want with it.
