Hard to estimate but several thousand dollars. If you are experiencing any medical conditions as a result it is possible your insurance will cover part. Best thing to do is consult a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss costs, appropriate size for your body type, what's involved, etc. Typically a surgeon will provide a free consultation. Price shouldn't be based on the size.
