they are completely different supplements.

L-Glutamine is the most widely used amino acid by the body so it is in great demand and there can never be enough of it. in terms of resistance training it has an anti-catabolic effect as it can help to reduce muscle loss when on a severe caloric restrictive diet. it can also help to reduce the typical soreness (DOMS) that is felt 24-48 hours after training. it does a lot more than that but those are just the basic functions.

now creatine is a cellular energy source that is used in the production of ATP which is responsible for all muscular contractions and for all anabolic and catabolic processes in the muscle cell. creatine is used for strength training as it allows the user to perform more reps per set. with a properly designed strength training program the user can increase the one repetition maximum. with a caloric excess and enough of the right nutrients muscle mass can be increased as well. many people complain about the "side-effect" of creatine which is increased cellular hydration. this is actually a very good thing. increased hydration in the muscle cell creates a greater anabolic environment. creatine can be used effectively to help gain strength, increase muscle mass and decrease body fat with the right diet and program. typically there will be an increase in 5-7 lbs on the scale from increased hydration in the first week. when you cycle off, it should take the same amount of time for the excess water to leave the body. make sure to increase the water intake to prevent dehydration.

L-Glutamine is an amino Acid needed to build, repair, recover, maintain muscles! Creatine Supplement Fills your muscles with water so it gives you a puffy look! I would Recommend you go for L-glutamine Supplement! A Creatine Load can Affect your kidneys and cause dehydration to your body! so just stick to Glutamine and typical Whey Protein Powder :)

hope this helps
