When people answer your question with a yes or no OR when they write under source "ME" to be funny

Yes. If I ask a question, I would prefer the answer to be a little more elaborate. Otherwise, the answer is not really very helpful to the asker. For all the insight a simple yes or no provides, the asker might as well just shake a magic eight ball for the answer. As for citing ME for their source, I think it's funny that a lot of people on here state their opinion as though it were cold, hard fact.

What's even more annoying is when someone answers with an "I don't know." Apparently, a lot of people on here only answer questions to gain points, as though these points will win them something.

Depends on the question, some questions, especially polls and surveys, can easily be answered just with 'yes' or 'no'. And 'me' is just a way to show it's their opinion, rather than something they've overheard from others. No, it doesn't bother me!

heehee, frankly, if no "why" or "explain" is asked, a simple yes or no is sufficient.
