I am searching for maison butter. I last had it on a steak at tgi fridays. Unfortunantly where I moved the tgi fridays does not have it. I have been looking for it at specialty stores and online. I have not had a lot of luck. Does anyone know where I can get it, or what the ingrediants are in maison butter?

Maison Butter

Ingredients:
8 tablespoons butter, softened (1 stick)
8 tablespoons gorgonzola
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon pepper (I prefer white)

Combine all ingredients and spoon onto a piece of plastic wrap rolling into a cigar shape and twist the ends. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until butter firms back up. Slice 1/4 inch thick and serve on top of your Steak.
This really good on baked potatos.

Maison Butter just means House butter, so I assume it is something made especially for them and other restaurants that serve it.

Looks like it is simply a blend of Spices added to softened butter and possibly a cheese(?)..
