okay, I think what you are trying to say is that she is not having bowel movements correct? She needs more fiber, wheats, grains, fibercon, prunes, prune juice. Lots of water 8 80z glasses per day. Those are the kinds of things that keep you regular. Cheese is binding. Exess cheese and other dairy products will constipate.

If you are talking about bowel movements, everyone has their own schedule. Once every three days is not that unusual, but if you are concerned, it's always best to talk to your doctor.

If you don't think she is as regular as she should be, perhaps she should increase the amount of fiber she is consuming. More fruits, vegetables, whole grains.

I've found that offering more fruits and vegetables (fruit smoothies in the morning) helps my toddler stay regular and keeps her stools soft. No more constipation for her!

I see a huge style of preteens and youth on the ice rink having a great time, of all physique shapes. Plus whilst they get to the component of having the ability to compete, try or take part in shows (which isn't probable that stronger at maximum rinks) they have an excuse to gown up and placed on plenty greater makeup than could generally be seen as suited!

If you mean she is constipated, or not having a bowel movement daily, she doesn't need to. Every person is different, but having a bowel movement every three days is perfectly normal. This is not alarming, it's normal.
