ok well, ive always been a skinnier person. i think it was my diet because well i never exersised much. it all changed when our aunt came to babysit us for two weeks. the way she served food, my diet changed. im starting to get fat too. lately ive been doing sit ups, eating less, drinking more water. it not helping though. what should i do? i want to go back to my normal way of life and my diet now that y moms back, would it help?
i just want to look skinnier around my stomach and my diet before was very helthy. im chinese adn you know, it s mostly fish and rice shrimp, meat vegatables until teh babysitter. i am around 5 ft 3 and i weigh like 90 pounds

At 5'3 and 90 lbs you must already be flat as a pancake allaround. I dated a Chinese girl your size, maybe 10 lbs heavier and she was plenty thin. You should continue doing exercise, its good for you. However, you may want to skip doing situps, they will build muscle and make your waist bigger not smaller. I bet you'd look really good if you put on a few pounds of muscle, though sounds like you prefer the waif weakling look that Hollywood sometimes promotes. Try looking like Lucy Lui, she's 40 years old and super hot still.
