hey im a girl 15 years old and weigh about 174.. and i go to the gym everyday and i eat healthy everyday...i work out on mulitply machines and when im done (i work out about hour on each machine and i dont feel tired) and i lose a pound.. i feel great and alot better..should i contiune or is it bad to do that?
