find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
and take a multivitamin with breakfast

Drink water a full stomach is something that can doo it
Do stuff that is fun like bike ride, play sports with family or friends, go swiming, have a rule that you don't eat after a certain time like 7pm lock of the tempting food or ask your mom or dad not to buy it.
If you have a food processor make fluff
take cold cold little skim milk, ice or frozen fruit and run it in the food processor this will make a thick fluff I use it for whip cream for drinks since is just a little skim milk but a lot of air it fills up your stomach you will fill bluted can use unsweeten cocoa or unsweeten koolaid for some more flavors will not keep though so don't make to much at a time.
talk to your doctor to see if he/she has any ideas can join a group for teens like tops some are free.

14 or younger, it is not too young to start eating healthily.
Eating healthily will stop all the late night snacks because your body already has enough food and is satisfied. Exercising is good, which means you are active and thus able to consume more without gaining weight.
The solution is to find the right lifestyle for you.
I only wished I could find a way when I was young like you.
But I could find the right diet only now.
I weigh 49kg and I am 1.55m tall. I lost a total of 14 kg, without any diet pills or slimming treatments. Read my blog http://www.lowcarblowfathighfibrehighprotein.blogspot.com to find how i did it with complex carbo, lean protein and lots of veggies. Look at my recipes and see how to make these into delicious foods.
My boys are 10 and 12 and already they are eating the right type of food and do not have weight or health problems.

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day with nothing, except water, in between. Take plenty of uncooked food, vegetables and fruits, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel 32 times to activate ur body system to signal hunger and fullness.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve much more than what u r planning to do and that too in a reasonable period. Do not be in a hurry.

One thing, being overweight also depends on your height..So maybe you're tall and you're not as overweight as you think..
You need to go to gym, or as your gym teacher at school for specific exercises..Some of them can be found online...
If you can go on a diet where you eat less of everything.and stop any sweets...Such as:
Breakfast: Wheat cereal and skim milk
Lunch: Salad and breast chicken; grilled steak
Snack: Fruit; fruit salad.
Dinner: Vegetables, yogurt
If you get these cravings, try drinking water or occupying yourself in other things..if this doesn't work, you can always try a nutritionist...

Drink lots of water. Throw out all the junk food. I mean ALL of it. Get lots of gum of different flavors and switch around. Eat healthy, not smaller portions. Healthy doesn't have to be disgusting, it can be delicious.
Do you have Fencing sport in your area? Want something sweet? Grab an apple or fruit.

its not only exercising...you need to eat differently...cut out carbs and sweets..it will be easy for you to loose weight because your are young and have a fast metabolism. don't have snacks...and drink ALOT of water...and when you do exercise make sure you are running or jogging are something like that...don't lift weights yet cause you will gain muscle but it will be under fat...do cardio...one thing they told my husband who's in the army is that fat does not start to burn until 45 mins of exercising
