I have women friends for all the wrong reasons. Like Chris Rock says no man sees a woman and says she's so beautiful I want to make her my friend. I make women laugh easily but when it comes to advancing they say your so funny but I just want to be friends. Is it an ugly factor? Of course your friends won't say so to your face, just curious.

I don't want to hurt your feelings but your face is what everyone looks at before anything else.I know a lot of people say that looks doesn't matter but you know and i know that that isn't so and anyone who tells you different is lying to your face.

Just be yourself and I would sagest being good friends with the girl first, then she'll know you as the funny guy you are, not the shy guy. Just try to be out there in the crowd as much as your comfort will let you, but don't be a jerk and don't make it all about you cause its not. Make the girl feel importuned, if you have all these girl friends then maybe the friends seem too close for comfort.
But most of all, be patient! The right girl will come along just be ready!

When you say you make women laugh easily, perhaps they see the joker in you, not the real you.
Being shy is a virtue, what if you were not shy at all, then the women would shy away from you and say you're too fast.
Next time you meet a woman you like, study her, understanding her would make it easy for you to woo her.

Well, since we can't see you, I am not sure. Funny is good, I don't think I would date anyone unless he had a good sense of humor. Where are these women from? I mean work, or church, or the neighborhood? Try meeting someone new and asking her out, since you describe these other women as your friends. Maybe they know you too well and already consider your friendship too important to mess up?

Not every woman wants to be with Brad Pitt...not every woman will want you. Hell there may only be one woman in the whole world that wants you (in that case I hope you like her!) but dont give up. Be yourself and things will happen, maybe just not as fast as you would like!

Well it could be as you have a sweet demeanor that they see you as "friend" material. I think you just haven't met the right woman yet.
