my friend who has been helping me out, says that there is a program to help get my back property taxes taken care of,but I would have say that I can't work a full time job and that I can only make a certain amount of money per hr.I know that I can(and have, including my curent job),work a full time job,and I'd love to try and get a job that I can make more money than the job that I am at now.Do you think that I could maybe work something out with the County tax collector,Any suggestions?

The county collector will definitely work something out with you. Before you call them, find out what you can pay a month. Talk to the collector ( not the Secretary). Just tell them that you are sorry, you missed payments in the past and you want to get on a payment plan. They will not tell you to get a better job, or to pay more a month, just tell them how it is,

Also: in PA we pay city, county and school district.. make sure you cover them all, because they talk to each other, if you offer to pay one, the other ones could still foreclose on your house.

Some jurisdictions will set up a payment plan, others will not. You'll have to ask.
