Which is better America? Satellite or cable?

I need info on which way to go.Price is a concern.What do You watch?Thanks everyone.

My vote goes to Satellite !! I have NEVER had a problem with rain or wind !! The ONLY problem I EVER had was when it snowed... and then we just built a little "tent" for the dish. I see little to no difference in the cost... when both are available.

I have cable in urban California, and Comcast has FREQUENT outages in our area... complete loss of signal for minutes or hours. I just LAUGH at their commercials claiming that they are better !!

My Brother is in rural California, and Comcast doesn't serve his area and refuses to state WHEN they might start laying cable.

In my condo - I am not allowed a dish
so I use to have cable TV until the friggen price became outrageous for basic cable

I have been without cable tv for a few months and now the cable company is trying to woo me back with lower prices.. I'm waiting to get the prefect offer

I'm fed up with cable. They keep jacking up the prices and you don't get as much anymore. I use cable phone service and at least once a week, I have trouble with my phone. Do you think they compensate for that? Heck no. The man who hooked up our cable took my adaptor for our massager chair by mistake when he was puting up his tools and this was 7 months ago. Still no adaptor,only rudeness with sky high prices. We are switching to Satellite.

Cable is much better all the way around. No disruptions due to bad weather. Now you can also get internet and phone along with the TV w/ premium channels.

Cable. Tried satellite, every time it rained it went out. Then all of a sudden, sunspots too! Very annoying
