Do you have to be flying over a state, like MS or NV, ect. for it to be legal?

Usually its up to the Government, airline, state, country or the captain. There are lots of things that follow the same structure in the rules of traveling on an aeroplane or boat. But I guess you can gamble at home if you really want, unless there really strict in USA where I do not live. Also, a few times I've traveled on an Airoplane I was given a pack of cards and some even sell them.

As you said, the state over which you are flying theoretically determines the legal status. Since modern airlines cross most states in minutes, most airlines are going to discourage starting a game for money.

Maybe...... but I am not 100% sure! You see the only time I've been in an airport is to pick up my cousin! But I would guess that it would ruin the airline's popularity! And with all this stuff about not being able to bring guns and stuff into the plane.... most likely no!

Kind of difficult to fit a craps table in the cabin . . . .

I'm thinking there might be a Gaming License issue.
