I'm sorry you feel the way you do. Have you ever seen a doctor. When I have felt my worst I have felt like you do now. Antidpressants really really make a difference when you feel this way. Just see a doctor and give an antidepressant a fair chance - you just might feel better. God Bless and a hug for you too.

yep, something is wrong, you are feeling sorry for yourself and the outcome, or consequence, is that you feel rubbish because of it.
take nothing personally, what your friend did actually has nothing at all to do with you and is all about them.
we all feel sh1t sometimes and pretty low - and we feel better again. did you know that Winston Churchill suffered from depression?? and he lead the UK out of war!
it seems to me that there is depression where we feel terrible because of stuff that has gone on in our lives and there is an illness called depression that is there without any real emotional reason. you are pissed off and upset, you feel lonely, you are NOT ill.
you can change these things, if you want to.
number one, get to know yourself again. your core values.
live these core values and be honest with yourself.
don't beat yourself up.. you are human, and we are here to experience stuff.. and you are having a very strong experience at the moment that when you look back on, you will understand what part it has to play in your life. easy for me to say i know, and it is true. i promise.
take back your power!

It is indeed depression and Satan is pulling at your shirt tail trying to pull you in deeper. Pack up your belongings and leave there, head off to new adventures and new people and new hope. If you stay there and you are that miserable you will end your life. Suicide is a Permanent Answer to a Temporary Problem. There is a big old world out there waiting for you to see. Don't disappoint it. And you know when people commit suicide they do not think about their actions on the ones they leave behind. Think of them.

Anytime your thoughts turn that dark, call 911 or a crisis hot line in your area. They have people trained to talk with you. You know you need some therapy. Go get it and things will slowly get better. You have to take the first step..... Just one step is hard when you are down, but you must. There you will find help and relief. A good and productive life is possible-------just take one step.

^I'm sorry you are having such a rough time. You should make an appointment with your doctor and get a full physical to rule out any medical problems and speak to him or her about seeing a psychiatrist, depression is nothing to be ashamed of, there is a lot of help out there if you want it. If your religious maybe see your clergyman. You need to speak to someone who can help you. I hope you feel better soon, take care of yourself, you're worth it.

They weren't really friends then, only acquaintances you mistook for friends. See suicidal thoughts and depression at http://www.ezy-build.net. (.net.nz/~shaneris) on pages 5 and 2. Employ the negative thought reprogramming technique. Take up volunteer work; you will find positive, optimistic people, ending loneliness, make a difference in the lives of others, increase self esteem, and add structure and meaning to your life.

If you feel like that almost every day for 30 to 60 days in a row, tell a doctor.
If you stop feeling that way in less time than that, you're probably just reacting to life situations.
