I was in the same position many years ago. You will find what you are looking for because in this journey called life we must test the waters. I went from Catholic, to Christian, to Atheist to Agnostic and finally now I consider myself Gnostic.

I believe that all the holy books have merit, but they are all missing something. The Gnostic faith is based on the one divine Light, or God. We believe that Jesus, Mohammed, and all the other prophets were quite possibly God himself in human carnate. However, there are secrets we will never know until we pass on the next realm. Some of these secrets have been divulged to us with the coming of each prophet.
One of the last known secrets is that evil is a byproduct of man. God is all knowing, all light. No evil exists in the afterlife.

Follow your soul, spirit and heart. You will learn down the path of light.

Have U ever considered that U may have ADHD or be Bi-Polar??? These are Treatable conditions with a wide Variety of Medications available for a Dr. to prescribe. Don't let the "Old Term of "Manic Depressive" scare U as it simply means that the personality swings sometimes to the "Manic" hyperactive side & then can go to the Depressed side. The new meds keep the person at an even balance between the two states. I hardly believe Ur "Stipid or "Stupid either cause Ur smart enough to ask for Help & there's nothing wrong with that!!! I do that typing thing all the time cause my fingers don't go as fast as my head does!!! LOLLOL As I am an "Old Christian", I do understand about the "Lies" of Religions that Profess to be "Christian" and are so Hypocritical!!! I Don't like anything but what comes Straight from Scripture myself!!! Seems that "Religion" wants to "Mold Christianity" to fit them instead of Conforming to the Scriptures!!! I have over 43 years of being a Believer Never found Scripture to be a "Lie", quite the Contrary!!! However, I Have Found Many other "Belief Systems" as U say. So, I can't really recommend anything But Christ on a Personal Basis. But I will Pray that U Do find the Truth. John

I hope this is a real cry for help question and not a joke.

Here is something to believe in "YOU" did you get that?
Believe in you. Believe that you matter, believe that you are on this earth for a reason even if you don't know what that is yet. Do not let the hypocracy of some Christians turn you off believing in G*d if you know in your heart that there is such a being. I wish I could tell you that life is easy and just do this or that and your problems will be solved. I can't do that. But I can tell you life is difficult and the real joy comes to you when you have a strong sense of who you are and that you create goodness around you if you choose. I believe we are the masters of our own destiny and the product of our own choices. I believe challenges are there to be solved and noone can tell you how. You have to work through things for yourself. I doesn't come to you in 5 minutes - life is a process and there are good times and bad. The bad times teach you how to appreciate the good times and value things that are really important like loving with your whole heart, and trying with all of your energy when doing tasks.
Maybe there isn't just one answer.
I could go on and I won't preach religion at you that is a choice you either make for yourself or not like any other. I repeat what I started this with BELIEVE IN YOURSELF.
Good luck and relax.

Believe in yourself, because you know for certain that you exist. Once you realize that, you are free to question everything anyone throws at you, especially those who insist they have "absolute truth" (see all of the preceding answers!) You have an inquiring mind, the first step to freedom and awareness.

If you decide as I have that ALL religion is nothing but wish-fulfillment and/or the desire for power, you will be able to appreciate the universe for what it is: an incredible yet all-natural occurence that may have happened only once or uncountable times. It seems impossible that it was uncreated, however the hypothesis of a creator does nothing to dispell the mystery since it assumes an even greater mystery instead.

You will also realize that you are also literally and inextricably a part of this universe, a part that has attained at least some awareness of itself. And all arising from "mere" matter and energy - think of it! With this knowledge you will have all reality to explore and wonder at for as long as your individuality will last.

As for a personal stance to take, I recommend Jean-Paul Sartre's writings on leading an "authentic" life. Start with an overview, however, because Sartre himself can be difficult.

Having accomplished all of the above, you will be in a position of great personal power and satisfaction. Part of the satisfaction will be in knowing that all of your questions will never be answered (indeed, every answer leads to more questions), but that only makes life more fascinating.

For starters, believe in yourself and know that being tired of waiting for something that doesn't exist is not the right door to leave open if you want to find inner peace and move forward in this life. Christianity is the way, but there are some who have crossed the line and so many are confused as to what Christ is, and how to follow him. Some people dance with snakes. That does not make them more or better Christians. it is just more confusion. you are right, There is much MORE to life than appears in this age.

Life is eternal the soul doesn't die . death is referred to as hell were the soul gets locked up. Anyway our life process takes a long time to learn and grow which we will continually do for ever if you find life in Christ. Praying on your knees could be a good thing but growing in the truth is a very good thing. Jesus is truth and no lie is found in him. Sometimes the truth hurts and is difficult to attain but then if you believe in Christ you will continue to find it for ever. So keep the faith read the Bible and learn from Gods creation. Learn what the fruits of the spirit are.

God created a void in all of us, so that we would search for truth found only in His Word and Jesus Christ. Many people fill that void with religions that are cults, with man-made fillers that give us earthly pleasures and keep us from God. If you do not fill your void with the Truth found only in Jesus who is The Way, The Truth and The Life, then you will continue with this void. If you sincerely want truth, then you must ask Jesus to come into your heart. You must have Faith. Faith comes from hearing and hearing from the Word of God. God knows your heart. If it is sincere, He will reveal Himself to you. You will never question truth again once it is living in you thru The Holy Spirit, I promise!! God bless

OK to ask questions.

You might want to ask them again with expectation - maybe while on your knees.

See you in heaven
