I heard some say squats and that would be my suggestion but not with weights on your ankles. The proper way is with a manageable amount of weight on your shoulders. I recommend you get a work out book to make sure you do this correctly as this can cause back pain and worst if not done right .....you may fall over.

lay on the floor on all fours.
Lift your leg up and down while it's straight.
Then you can bend that existing leg and keep lifting it higher!
You'll def. feel that exercise!
You can also do some lunges and wall sqauts.
You just lunge you leg forward while keeping your knee above the ankle to prevent injury, and then switch to the other leg.
Wall squats...are just squating while your back is up against a wall. To make this more intense put weights in your hands and do side arm lifts.

hope this helps =]

Swimming laps in your pool. It's a great cardio workout that will definately tighten your rear. Try it for a few weeks and you'll see results... You can also try running, it always works in about 2 weeks or so.. Good luck :)

Do a search online for butt exercises. There are various standing, on all fours, and lying down leg lifts and kickbacks that are great for the buns...and squats are probably one of the best butt toners there are.

Find pics/video online so you can see the proper form if you aren't already familiar with these.

Squats and walking up and down steps.

While you're sitting at the computer squeeze your butt for 30 seconds and relax for 10.

just past the spincter is a really small set screw. Slip a little screw driver up there and give it a healthy twist or two to the right. that should tighten things up nicely
