If a person worked out just as hard with a two t shirts a sweat shirt and sweat pants will they burn more calories than wearing just shorts and t shirt. I was thinking of adding clothing while I workout to burn more calories. Like wearing a garbage bag and a sweat shirt. Any feedback is appreciated.

it does absolutely nothing except cause a greater loss of water weight during the training session. the body will replace the excess that was lost in the hours after exercise once it is hydrated again. extra clothing has no effect on increasing the rate of fat loss.

The more you sweat, the more calories you burn and water you shed. Be careful, excessive sweating can cause dehydration! Instead of shorts and T-shirt, wear cotton sweat pants and sweater but drink lots of water.

1. Skipping- start small and skip for some time daily as long as you feel comfortable. Each week try to increase the duration a little. This can have a good effect on increasing your stamina :) 2. Running on the spot- you could start for 2 minutes and day by day you can increase your duration of running on the spot e.g. 5 minutes.. next day 7 minutes etc... 3. Swimming (30 minutes a day is fine) 4. Cycling- a fun way to improve your stamina too :) much more... Hope that helped! Good luck.

The extra clothing would just make you sweat more, causing you to lose any water weight.

it could help you lose weight faster however the danger here is that you will sweat more and dehydrate if you do not replenish the water you lost and you also lose essential minerals like sodium, potassium and magnesium, which can make you get muscle cramps and charley horse type things. i wouldnt do it every time i exercise.
