My Kodak C763 is blinking, HELP ME!!!?

Around the Power button and around the "ok" button is blinking blue, and it never said that the battery was low and the camera wont turn on to take pictures. I checked the website and the booklet but it was no help.

please help me :(

When my digital camera acted like that, it turned out to be that the memory card was full.
