Always dress for the job you want, not the job you have.
Always ask "What is the most important thing you are looking for in this position?" How could I best meet your needs? What are your expectations for the person who fills this job?

Wear a suit. Any professional interview, you should wear a suit.
Ask about job responsibilities, overtime, weekend and holiday scheduling, what kind of patients you'd be working with, and anything else you want to know!
