1] take Benadryl at night, aspirin in the day [ reduces inflammation ]
2] use saline eye drops, or lubricating drops [NOT get the red out ] - eases irritation
3] do cold compresses 20 minutes at a time, 4 times a day.

That sounds a bit strange like an allergic reaction?? Maybe go to the Dr, could be pink eye?? If it's not that serious, get eye drops for your symptoms and for the puffiness use tea bags or cucumber gel (made for eyes).

If you think it's an allergic reaction, take Benedryl. Keep in mind though, it makes you sleepy. If they're not better by morning, see your doctor.

i had this same problem just last week. i went to the chemist and he told me i had blocked tear ducts! maybe you have some dirt or something stuck in your eyes, so i would suggest to head down to the chemist and get some eye drops, they are under $10 and my eyes were better in 2 days!
