Hearing, Seeing:
And He has said:
"Nothing is like Him; and He is The Hearer, The Seer." (ash-Shura 42/11)
And He has said:
"Lo! Comely is this which Allah admonishes you to be. Lo! Allah is ever Hearer, Seer." (an-Nissa' 4/58)

sometimes in a descrete manner, other times very loudly. i recently had a big decision to make and while i prayed on it - i kept seeingmy own things as "this must be a sign" well.... i'd made up my mind on the decision and it wasn't the right one apparently. i recently had a little accident at work and broke a bone. do i think God wanted me to be THAT aware - no that was my own fault. however i asked HIm to make it clear in whichever manner He needed. since i'm rather hard headed..... this worked since i'm right arm immoble for a good 6 weeks and possibly longer if i need the surgery.
i don't complain though and am not upset. i believe He spared me what would have happened had He not forced my arm up to block my fall for in this short depth of falling my face was right there i really wouldn't have had time to put my arm up in that short distance. had it not been a broken humerus it would have been at the least a shattered jaw and very possibly snce it was with such force serious neck or spinal cord injury.
while the accident was my own misfooting, i now have the asnwer to my prayers -- should i move or not.... we're at the not stage right now :) and He protected me from more serious damage if not paralysis or death!

God always answers our prayers. They may not be in the way we wanted, but it's the best way. Remember Garth Brooks song, Unanswered Prayers. God has talked to me several times in my life, it's the learning to listen and obey that was the problem. He speaks to us when he's ready, not when we're ready. If you tell some people that God talks to you they think you're a fruit loop. I say if God talked to people in the olden days why would he not speak to us today?

My God, who is the only God and Creator of All speaks in many ways to us. His voice is the still small voice of Calm. When he speaks to us it may be through something we see and hear during the day, or through somebody we meet. For example, on a recent visit to Egypt, working with Refuge Egypt which helps people fleeing from the war in Sudan and Darfur, he spoke to us through the voices of the Refugees, who feel their need to leave their Homes and Family in Sudan has brought them to Egypt and they now help many people in Egypt who have many problems and no help in their own Country. I have seen it also, in the work by Coptic Priest in Egypt, the original Christian Church in Egypt, who work among the Poor, who live in the Rubbish of Cairo, and try to make a living for their families. I have seen it in the faces of those who live in Ain Shans, one of the worst of the many Slums in Cairo, where many People have answered God's call to go and help in his answer to the Prayers of the People of Ain Shans. These Christian people work here among Muslim and Christians, and in doing God's work they do so, without any attempt to make those in need accept their Faith.
There are many ways we may hear God's answer to our Prayers, but the answer may not always be the answer we would like. It is very easy to mock God, but why not take time out and go and see the work of Believers, and then think again about what you are doing with your time on earth.
My prayer today is that we all my make this world a better place for future generations, and that Greed, Lust, and Hate, may become things of the Past. What do you intend to do today, to make this possible?

Only on Wednesday afternoons and interestingly he speaks in a foreign language so I can't understand the answers to the questions I've asked. I thought of buying a translation dictionary, but I got to thinking that doing so might constitute sacrilege. So instead I just say, "Thank God, you answered me."

I feel he does, i always pray day, night, im not 100% practicing in religion, but i believe & communicate with him ona dailyu bases, i just ask for forgivneses of what sins i have done, i ask God to lead me on stright path, i ask God to make the world rid of war, poverty, dieseases. & i feel by doing that God saves me from bad things, i noticed that aswell, ever since i started to speak to God i dont get in trouble much, i dont have financial worries, i dont feel like doing any sins, i feel to be nice, peaceful, all these things were different before when i never spoke to God, to me i feel he is guiding me, call it coincednece and have ur views but i know how i feel, PEACE".

My Goddess answers me when I ask for Her help, not always right away, but She does answer. Sometimes in dreams, sometimes through the people I meet day to day. I have never been disappointed, I am learning to be a better person because of my faith. I wish you well, Take care and keep smiling.

When speak to God I do it in the form of the Law Of Attraction.

Say what you will about this. I do not care about what men think of me, but what God knows.
Sunday morning, I went to church. It was an altar service, as the Holy Ghost had control of the service, and Pastor's message was not given in the A.M. service.
I was thinking about the promise of Christ to fill His believers with the Holy Ghost, if they seek Him. I am saved, and baptised, but as yet, I have not received the filling of the Holy Ghost.
I went to the altar, and I prayed, and cried out to God. I said that He promised in His Word to fill me with the Holy Ghost, and I knew that He was a faithful God, and He would fulfill His promise.
As I cried and prayed this prayer, and praised Him, and worshipped Him for all the other things He has done for me, strong, clear words filled my entire being. In my head, in my heart, in my whole being. This is what I was told :
"Yes, in my Word there are many promises. But when you professed with your mouth to follow me, by your words, you also made many promises. I am a faithful God, and I do keep and fulfill my promises. But you must also be faithful, and keep your promises."
I was in awe. I have never had that kind of an experience before. Never. When I think about it, I am still in awe.
Scoff if you like. Laugh if you like. Call me what you will. I do not care. I am in awe of the great God that I serve.
May He bless you, if it is His will.
