when you deprive your body all you lose is water weight and muscle not fat and slow down your metabolism
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
and take a multivitamin with breakfast and omega or flax oil capsules.

it truly is undesirable. enable me aid you recognize why: a million) entire caloric intake is in basic terms too low. you % a minimum of 1300-1400 in basic terms on your basal metabolism; 2) skipping breakfast makes your metabolism slow down, because of this you may burn much less capability than you may in the different case; 3) each of those capability at evening time and on a groggy metabolism will make you placed all of them up in fat. you may desire to eat despite like 1600-1700 capability, eat 7 small meals an afternoon, to no longer bypass breakfast, and to no longer eat each of those capability in basic terms till now than going to mattress. incredibly, in case you desire to shed weight what you're doing can not get you there. you will probable be wiped out, hungry, defend lots of your fat on and lose muscle instead (which will possibly no longer help in burning fat anymore!!!).
