Listen to those above who say to take some time off. I wish I had. Now I haven't run for 6 weeks and the doc wants me to give it another 4 weeks.
Listen to your body.
There's also a good ankle strengthening exercise that's easy to do almost anytime/place. With your feet on a stool or chair, make your feet write out the alphabet. Do it a few times a day to strengthen your ankle. Good luck.

Take a few days off. I had the worst swelling about 2 weeks after I started running. I took 2 weeks off and the problem never returned.

yeah, it may be your running shoes. bad shock resistance. go easy for a while untill you can get a really good pair, and if its something youre concerned about see the doctor.

stretch, stretch, stretch until eventually now you bypass working, AND at recent after working. that could preclude any injuries or discomfort. the clarification they harm is in simple terms because of the stress thats positioned on your legs once you run.
