Yawn.

Doesn't affect my life. I do not want to be a priest or religious figure. I want to live my life in peace.

As I typed this I realize there will be many challenges, as in firefighters and military life, but humans grow - so no big deal...(just know I will be tired of the hype from both extreme edges of non issue.)

First of all it is ridiculous to assume that this is possible. Second of all I would be shocked as the Church has never departed from Biblical teaching in the past.

In Christ
Fr. Joseph

What is peritory? If you are speaking of purgatory it is and has always been Church doctrine. Nothing has changed.

Michelle, I am a married priest. There are thousands of married priests in communion with Rome. Celibacy is a discipline for some and not doctrine as no one is forbidden to marry.

Why not, they don't advocate marriage for priests, when in the
Bible, Aaron was the first priest and yet he and his brothers where married and had families.
but this is not allowed in the Catholic Church
