Is there a city and or a state tax in Colorado springs Colorado?

Looking to move out of Texas, here there are no city or state tax's. Just would like to know what stats have city and or state tax's

Colorado has a state Income Tax as well as state and local sales taxes.

However, the property taxes are probably lower than they are Texas.

They have both. I moved from there about two years ago.
