I was wondering how long or i need to wait to take a shower after giving myself a tattoo. It just doesnt wanna stay everytime i do it it looks great for a week then after like two all thats left are black dots. anyone know how i can get my tattoo to stick?

You aren't going deep enough to get the ink to stay. It doesn't matter when you wash it, if it's too high in the skin, it will just come out.
If you go too deep, you can easily cause a blowout which will look like complete crap.
I know it's cheaper, but wouldn't you rather have a great tattoo that you'll be happy with the rest of your life or a little piece of crap you did yourself?

Well maybe you should have let a tattoo artist do it. I have four tattoo's, showered a couple hours after I got them and never had a problem. Sounds to me like the ink isnt going deep enough.

i hope you're joking. but if not, you're not injecting the ink deep enough. cough up the dough and go to a professional.
