if anyones know some good websites to find out how to lose wieght or some little diets that would be great let me know

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
and take a multivitamin with breakfast and omega or flax oil capsules.

South Beach Diet and Weight Watchers diet both work perfectly for me.
With South Beach Diet you can simply buy the book and the explanantion is easy (cut out all pasta and sugars, potatoes, bread.. carbs in general). Weight Watchers would have local meetings for you to attend. You simply pay a weekly fee.. maybe twelve dollars or so. You don't need to attend a lot of meetings. Go long enough to get your food calculator and a general idea of the program and then you can very easily do it yourself. It's based on a point system (you can even find out how many points you are allowed online...) and even the lean cuisines and smart ones meals have the points written right on the package. With each diet I have lost 5 pounds in the first week... even if some of that is water weight I certainly looked much thinner. I have lost 20 pounds each year from one or the other of those diets (I do it yearly to get ready for bathing suit season).

You do know that the numbers really do mean nothing? These numbers are based on your back/posture and not so much as your breasts. I'm going to assume you're a B as most girls are. You are fine and there is no necessity to make your breasts larger than they already are. However, if you want to increase the number then eat. Eat like Fat Albert because you'll get fat and the number will go up. Seriously though, you don't need to have larger breasts; if this is for a boy then there are many other things on that boy's mind other than your breasts.

EDiets.com has several different diets, including South Beach, Atkins and my favorite, the Mediterranean diet (you get to drink wine!) It plans out your weekly menu for you, but you can change any meals that don't appeal to you. In fact, it is very easy to tailor to your personal likes and dislikes. Lots of other features like nutrition tracking and live support have been of great help to me, also. It costs about 40$ for 3 months, hopefully that would be long enough for you to lose the weight you want.

I have heard of a new medication called Alli, which has been approved by the American Medical Assn....You can check out the site..I haven't done so yet, but I saw it on a commercial. If you go to Google and type in Alli, it should bring you to the site...Good Luck

don't eat sugars like soad and candy. Sugar is really bad ans will make you gain wait. do cardio workout. or just take a brisk walk for 30 minutes. drink water
