What kind of exercises and machines should I be using to lose weight and tone up my body? (All areas, nothing specific.)

Lift not so heavy weights and try a good diet, eating three hours every three hours. Try cardio, no less than 30 minutes five times a week.

cardio is the only fat burning exercise - jogging, running, elliptical, spinning, rope jumping, swimming - do it 4-6 times a week for 30-50min. swimming is a great work out because its cardio and at the same time tones your body all over. spinning will tone your thighs, running burns the most amount of calories.

try running or walking on incline alot
