I've tried redownloading it but it just wont open.
I click on it and it does the little hour glass on the mouse like it's going to open then it doesn't...Any suggestions?

I've already tried restarting the computer and reinstalling iTunes. This has been going on for about 2 weeks...I can't stand not listening to my music!

This happens to me sometimes. When it does, I hit CNRL+ALT+DLT to open the Task Manager. Find itunes.exe on the list and hit End Program. It will probably ask you if you are sure you want to close it. Hit Yes or Ok or whatever and then re-open iTunes. It should open now. If this doesn't work restart your computer and that should definitely fix it. If that doesn't work, reinstall iTunes, your library should stay intact.

Go to itunes website and follow the links to the trouble shooting or FAQ. I had to reinstall itunes and quicktime as separate components as itunes was not reading my Sound configuration correctly when trying to go through Quicktime.
or something like that.
