As I understand it, the term "paradise" actually applies to the garden of Eden, not to the heaven of the future. But to answer your question no, I don't think where I am currently living is like paradise. For one thing University City is a very diverse population, and all I hear about paradise/heaven is that only certain privileged people will be there. Snob country, as it were. The country club, you know.

Or as any number of smart people have pointed out, ideally we should be able to go to heaven for the climate and hell for the company!

definitly, better. it's like nothing we have ever experienced on earth. all earthly things can not compare to what God has waiting for us in paradise if we do His word. think of a world stress free and no more worries. and the best part about it all is that we get to live with our saviour!

The ultimate paradise is a week at a cabin up in the woods of Northwest Maine with no modern intrusions :-) however, I love my life and those around me and I wouldn't trade it for anything on this earth or off.
